Lauren is an LA based SAG actor who got her start while she was still playing on the AVP pro volleyball tour. She is a sci fi nerd, an over thinker, and someone who believes to not be cheap with your dreams. She is represented by Evolve talent management and was most recently in Ariana Grande's short film Brighter Days Ahead as the main nurse. She has a short film, and a feature film coming out soon that she shot last year.Commercially she has worked on 10+ nationals, and shot print work, some of which will be showcased below her reel.

Lauren is a mixed race actress of Panamanian, German, and British descent. She is an American born Afro-Latina who once upon a time played beach volleyball for the Panamanian national team. Her college degrees are from USC with a BA in art and an MBA from CSULA in marketing. She's the eldest of 4 and now enjoys hot yoga and pilates. She's a sucker for true crime docu-series and podcasts. Random knowledge is her super power.Her current work out there commercially is an internet spot for REVtent, and a video game spot with Kevin Hart for Royal Kingdoms.

Lauren is the great grand daughter of Morgan Cox, a fighter for WGA union inclusivity of TV writers.She is the writer of Burned, a feature film currently in early pre-production as well as a sci fi feature she wrote during the lockdowns titled Fragmented.With her birthday twin Niki Diggs, she co-wrote a rom com spec script: London Calling, which earned a quarter finalist placement on Coverfly's big break. They also wrote Upended, a rom dramedy which also placed in the quarterfinalist position in the TSL competition. The duo wrote a few more spec scripts: About a Girl, and Bloom.Ideas she's kicking around her brain are for a short called Trauma bond, and a sequel to Disney's black hole.Lauren is currently working on the Fragmented short and Burned part 2.
